Cam Gray is a licensed structural Pest Management Professional (PMP), and President of IPM4you. He has trained extensively with renown entomologists, primarily in urban housing settings from coast to coast in USA. His mission is to provide a service to improve the quality of life to those who have experienced both the physical as well as psychological trauma of living with bugs.

With over 20 years of professional experience in the pest management field, Andy brings extensive practical knowledge to the IPM4you team. He specializes in escrow and commercial termite inspections and understands the substantial impact these tiny pests can have on your home. His goal is to provide fair and honest service and help clients find the right solution to any size termite problem.

Tabitha brings a wealth of multi-cultural professional and entrepreneurial experience to Integrated Pest Management. She holds a degree in International Business from SDSU, and has successfully birthed and established customer services based companies in the San Diego area. She is your advocate and Partner in Integrated Pest Management.
KEVIN LAI, MBA, PH.D
CFO & BRANCH 2 FIELD REPRESENTATIVE
Kevin is a professional scientist, having earned a PhD in Biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has over a decade of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, researching treatments for cancer and diabetes. He strongly believes in the effectiveness of applying scientific principles to pest management. Additionally, after earning his MBA from the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego, he understands the tremendous value that an Integrated Pest Management plan offers. Preventing major pest problems with systematic inspections and treatments, while keeping long-term costs low, are goals that IPM4you strives to help our clients achieve.
